how all? hope everyone are keeping good health. So, today we are going to learn about those two fruits which will help us to reduce weight this summer.

Reducing weight for some people are very difficult due to various reason. My reason is that my metabolism is very low, I'm having initial starting of PCOD. So, for me reducing weight is important. I do 10 minute exercise but my diet is not planed. That is the reason I selected summer season to lose weight with those two amazing fruits as in summer metabolism increases and we can find these two fruits during summer very easily. 


why summer?

According to me summer is a very good season to lose weight, to burn that extra fat and have a nice body.
As summer has long day, we get extra time for everything. With work we can do little bit and very basic exercise. 

HOW  WE  CAN  LOSE  WEIGHT  IN  SUMMER?

In summer we wake up early and do the basic exercise, just little bit of walking, running for 15-20 minute is enough and some stretching because stretching makes our body flexible and there is proper blood flow in the body.

little bit of meditation to calm your mind in this stressful world. After doing meditation sped a little me time with yourself. Do gratitude to god or universe for everything you have in present.
Make yourself a good cup of green tea with added honey for good metabolism of your digestive system. You can even make honey lemon water. Take a glass of lukewarm water add one teaspoon of honey and few drops of lemon, you can even add few mint leaves for refreshment. This drink will help you to reduce you weight and detox your body and make you feel fresh.
After having morning drink either green tea or honey lemon drink do not eat anything for 30 minute to one hour. After one hour you can have your breakfast.

well, lets jump into our two fruits which will help us to lose weight.

1. WATERMELON

Everyone knows what Watermelon is but by any chances who do not know what watermelon is then it is a fruit mostly found during summer season. It is round as globe, green color outside and yummy juicy eatable is of red color with plenty of small seeds.

Watermelon is the best summer fruit we can have. 
Watermelon contains lots of water, less in calories. So, one can eat watermelon and fill his tummy 60-70% from this individual fruit.





2. CUCUMBER

And this cucumber.... best alternate for water. Cucumber contains almost 95% of water, rich in fibers and minerals and low in calories. Most people eat cucumber is salad so you can too. Almost more than half of your tummy is full of watermelon rest you can fill with cucumber.

DO NOT make this fruits as your complete diet. Make these two either your breakfast or lunch diet. I would recommend to include this in your lunch diet.
Time to time eating watermelon and cucumber will fill your tummy as well as maintain water balance in your body.
After filling your stomach with these fruits if you feel hungry then eat dry fruits or protein rich food so you can have proper muscle build. 
IMPORTANT drink as much water you can HYDRATE your body but at one time one glass of water because at one time drinking water will not do anything good to your body.
Do not starve your body for food instead of junk food have protein rich food. Starving your food is worst thing you can do to your body.

Here weight lose is not about getting into perfect shape, it is about the burning the extra fat our body built when we eat junk foods.
