HOW TO SPEND THIS QUARANTINE TIME
As of 2020 there is a pandemic in almost worldwide. Due to coronavirus most of the countries are on lockdown.
People are staying in home to be protect themselves and family members from coronavirus.
As we are staying in home for a very long time now, we are getting bore and could not figure out what to do.
Being in quarantine is difficult. But staying home is the only option for us till vaccine does not come to market.
How strange it is no! we wanted Monday to be Sunday and finally universe has fulfilled are demand. Now not only Monday, even Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday is Sunday.
For many people, they had long term planed heavy schedule which is now canceled. Now their is WORK FROM HOME kind of thing.
Well for many people being in quarantine is difficult. Passing time is a tough job. So, here I'm gonna tell you how to pass your time by not wasting your time!
A kind of investment in yourself.So, let's start....
1. RESTART YOUR HOBBY
Quarantine is the only best time you have to restart that hobby you left mid way do to heavy schedule of study or work. Start your hobby again and live the best time in home.
2. LEARN NEW LANGUAGE
Learning is never old and now a days having knowledge of extra language is always recognizable.
There are many website and even on YouTube you can learn the language you always wanted for.
You can even watch serial and movies of that language.
3. TEACHING YOUR YOUNGER ONES
Sharing knowledge never harm us. It always enhance our brain. While teaching your sibling we also get an extra revision we always wanted to do.
4. DISCOVER NEW HOBBIES
Telling you my story even I did not knew I can do good at stickers and this quarantine I discovered this new hobby.
So, after restarting your hobby do try to discover new hobby as well.
Let's assume you have a hobby of reading novel but you may be a good at writing poem or novel as well. Do try this!
5. LEARN TO COOK
We love to eat but we do not want to cook. So, this quarantine let's just try our hands on cooking. Try to bake cake and cookies even pizza, who does not like pizza to eat so this quarantine let's make good food and eat good.
6. EXERCISE
YES! exercise because why not? staying in quarantine make our body lazy and we may gain some extra fat so why not do some exercise. Here I'm not taking about that heavy exercise. Just some little bit of walking, running and doing rope skipping.
Even meditation is a very good option to keep your mild calm.
7. HELPING IN HOUSEHOLD WORK
Helping your parents or elders who are doing household work is very good time to spend with your family. You will even learn some household work and when you stay alone in another city you would not have to be dependent on anyone to do your work.
8. READ YOUR FAVOURITE BOOK
Read your favourite book you always wanted to read. You may download some books and read them. Read the book of your favourite author you always wanted to.
9. GARDENING
Gardening is such a therapeutic work to do. Growing new plant,giving water to them and seeing them growing and blooming.
10. LISTING YOUR FAVOURITE MUSIC
We all have that special genes of song we want to listing all long time. Just listen your favourite song and get lost in your own world of music. Music even touches that corner of our heart which make us so calm....
11. ME TIME
This is my personal favourite thing to do.... ME TIME. You can have this me time 1) early in the morning when you get up just relax and be thankful to god for everything 2) in the evening around 5-6o'clock when wind is blowing slowly slowly and sun is about to set and you are grateful for everything.
12. SLEEP LIKE A PANDA
My all time favourite work is to just sleep like a panda because why not!
